Thank you to all the organizations that attended our Fall 2024 College Fair and Health Expo. We appreciate the information and support given to our Nyssa students and their families. If you missed this event, we will be doing it again next year in the fall!

Nyssa School District Families: Parent teacher conferences are this week October 23rd and 24th. Conferences should already be scheduled at the Elementary School with your child's teacher. Report cards will be available at the main offices for the High School and Middle School. Teachers will be in their classes Wednesday 5-8pm and Thursday 8am-12pm, 1-4 pm, and 5-8pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
Familias del Distrito Escolar de Nyssa: Las conferencias de padres y maestros son esta semana, el 23 y 24 de octubre. Las conferencias en la Escuela Primaria ya deberían estar programadas con el maestro(a) de su estudiante. Here are some great upcoming things happening at NSD.
1. October 15th- Joleen Reece Court Dedication during the volleyball game (7pm)
2. October 17th- Homecoming Parade (around 2:40pm)
3. Also October 17th- Pumpkin Fun Day at the Elementary for all NSD families/students (5 to 7pm)
4. October 18th- St. Alphonsus' Mobile Mammogram Bus will be at the School District. Call 208-367-8787 to schedule an appointment or for questions. You will need your insurance card and photo ID the day of your appointment (there are income-based grants and a self pay discount)
5. October 23rd- Nyssa HOSA is sponsoring a fall blood donation drive. Signup at redcrossblood.org (use zip code 97913)
