On September 28, 2022, Nyssa Elementary School celebrated the achievements of our students with an awards assembly. We also had a drawing using the blue tickets that students have been earning and our "pawsitive" office referrals. Additionally, each grade level performed a song that they have been working on with our music teacher, Mrs. Van Corbach. This song was based on the core values of our Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS): safety, respect and responsibility. Students also incorporated movements as they expressed what each value meant.
